Products include a 30-day money-back guarantee starting on the purchase date. Refunds include the product price and the original shipping charge. The customer pays return shipping.
Hardware replacement warranty
SS Box HD boxes and Fire Sticks include a free replacement warranty for six months. SSBoxHD pays shipping for warranty replacements.
Service activation refunds
Service activation purchases are eligible for a full refund within seven days of purchase. Service activations are non-refundable after seven days from purchase.
